Welcome to Trip and Travel. We are delighted to serve you and assist in planning your travel experiences. Before proceeding with our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Visa Application and Booking
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
1.2. A deposit of specific amount or percentage is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.3. Full payment must be made days prior to the departure date or application submission date.
1.4. Payment can be made via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, Bkash, cash etc.
1.5. Applicants must provide the agency with all legitimate details and information regarding their visa applications. They are required to mustreview all documents and draft copies (or as said hard copies) prepared by the agency before submission to the embassy. The agency will not be held responsible for any errors in the documents after submission or if they are returned by the embassy due to faults.
2. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Trip and Travel. Air tickets can be cancelled and refunded after the airline’s charges. Visa process has no refund policies yet the service can be taken for other countries within 6 months from the date of the payment made.
2.2. No refunds will be processed if the visa gets rejected or the service is given to the customer.
3. Changes and Amendments
3.1. Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing.
3.2. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3. Trip and Travel reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Travel Documents
4.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
4.2. Trip and Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
5. Insurance
5.1. It is highly recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
5.2. Trip and Travel is not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. Liability
6.1. Travelers are responsible for their behavior and any damages they may cause during the trip.
7. Complaints
7.1. Any complaints must be reported to Trip and Travel immediately during the trip.
7.2. Complaints received after the trip will be considered but may be harder to address.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Country/State.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Country/State.
9. Acceptance
By making a booking with Trip and Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
